Requirements and responsibilities

• Gather project requirements and ideas from internal stakeholders and translate into creative assets. To do this, the person in this role must be comfortable asking questions in order to gain further clarity from requestors. • Apply brand guidelines to create graphic techniques for various deliverables and mediums. • Create engaging designs within company brand guidelines. • Pitch creative concepts, presentations, and improvements. • Collaborate with the team to launch projects. • Use feedback from Senior Designers to hone skills and improve deliverables. • Participate in various design projects from concept to completion • Take on special or repetitive design tasks (e.g. color corrections, minor copy edits, etc.).
