✨ Build a global outbound and inbound sales team. ✨ Develop a comprehensive sales strategy, that involes acquisition, retention and monetization efforts, that support the overall growth business objectives. ✨ Develop and implement an effective outbound sales plan that supports the company’s overall growth objectives. ✨ Designing and implementing strategic sales processes that expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence. ✨ Understand our target customers and indentify effective acquisition channels for each of them. ✨ Set objectives, coaching processes, and performance monitoring of the team. ✨ Build bridges with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success Operations teams to build a shared vision towards new client acquisition. ✨ Represent Bunny Studio at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events. ✨ Setting and hitting sales targets. ✨ Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes of the game development, localization, media, and audio advertising industries and lead changes in strategic priorities. ✨ Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals. ✨ Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs. ✨ Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets. ✨ While establishing the sales team,in the abscence of a specific roles, get hands-on in building and executing solutions.
