As part of the SW Creative team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to be part of a transformational team that promotes new process innovation within the fitness industry, through modern practices of design and design thinking methods. The SW Creative team creates exceptional experiences and desirable products by uncovering the unmet needs of our customers as inspiration. In this high-paced, creative environment, we know that our people will make all the difference in our success. We need energy, curiosity and a relentless interest in creating the best fitness software experience available!As a UX/UI designer, you’ll flex your talents to design (and redesign) a diverse set of internal and consumer-facing experiences and products for SW clients. You’ll use your graphic design rigor and attention to detail to bring a level of polish and precision to products and services used by millions of people. Projects may range from internal corporate applications and mobile apps to websites and wearables software. • Will work closely with Sr Creative Director for guidance and inspiration that will drive a project from ideation to development to launch • Collaborate with fellow designers, and team members to generate ideas and get feedback on your design • Prepare wireframes and designs for production, including exporting and delivering assets • Help to build and maintain an on-brand UI design system, including reusable design elements and a style guides • Stay abreast of and have a passion for fitness industry and relevant interaction design trends • Generate user-centric wireframes, UI designs and represent consumer in the creative process • Successfully work with developers, project managers, and other internal teams to get your designs into production • Contribute to research, creation, and prioritization of project requirements • Ensure continuity in look-and-feel of visual communication elements • Other duties and projects as assigned
