• QA the Chili Piper app with test automation software using Selenium, Cypress, Robot etc. • Help our engineering team release at or below the average number of customer defects found after release • Know how to create a QA Plan, deploy to QA environment, and complete QA Plan • Be comfortable with executing the QA process in Confluence, JIRA, and Bitbucket and documenting test plans
