This role is critical to ensuring delivery actually happens—connecting strategy to execution, maintaining alignment across multiple concurrent workstreams, and enabling teams to move quickly and effectively in a complex, integration-heavy environment.The Program Manager will be responsible for managing delivery across platform configuration, system integration, data dependencies, and operational readiness activities, ensuring that all workstreams remain synchronized and aligned to program milestones. This role requires direct involvement in tracking dependencies across technical and functional teams, identifying risks early, and driving resolution before issues impact delivery timelines or system performance.The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in complex environments, brings structure without bureaucracy, and proactively drives decisions and issue resolution. This individual must be comfortable operating in fast-paced delivery settings with evolving requirements, multiple stakeholders, and tightly coupled system and process dependencies, ensuring that execution remains disciplined and outcomes are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive integrated program planning and execution across Product, Engineering, Domain, Data, and Integration teams, ensuring workstreams are aligned, sequenced, and on track.Translate program strategy and priorities into clear delivery plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and ownership across technical and functional teams.Manage cross-functional coordination by facilitating planning sessions, standups, reviews, and dependency discussions that result in clear decisions, actions, and follow-through.Track program progress, delivery health, risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones, identifying gaps early and driving corrective actions to keep delivery on schedule.Establish and maintain structured issue, risk, and dependency management processes, ensuring items are documented, owned, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.Coordinate across teams to resolve blockers, misalignment, and delivery risks related to requirements, configuration, integrations, data dependencies, testing readiness, and operational readiness.Prepare clear program updates, status reports, and executive briefings that communicate progress, risks, dependency impacts, key decisions, and required leadership actions.Translate complex technical and delivery topics into clear, actionable updates for business stakeholders and program leadership.Support stakeholder meetings and governance forums by structuring discussions, documenting outcomes, and tracking follow-up actions to completion.Enable timely decision-making by surfacing tradeoffs, impacts, risks, and decision points early, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged.Reinforce accountability across workstreams by tracking ownership of deliverables, following up on commitments, and escalating issues when executive input is needed.QualificationsU.S. citizenship is required.
