This role is critical to ensuring delivery actually happens—connecting strategy to execution, maintaining alignment across multiple concurrent workstreams, and enabling teams to move quickly and effectively in a complex, integration-heavy environment.The Program Manager will be responsible for managing delivery across platform configuration, system integration, data dependencies, and operational readiness activities, ensuring that all workstreams remain synchronized and aligned to program milestones. This role requires direct involvement in tracking dependencies across technical and functional teams, identifying risks early, and driving resolution before issues impact delivery timelines or system performance.The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in complex environments, brings structure without bureaucracy, and proactively drives decisions and issue resolution. This individual must be comfortable operating in fast-paced delivery settings with evolving requirements, multiple stakeholders, and tightly coupled system and process dependencies, ensuring that execution remains disciplined and outcomes are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive integrated program planning and execution across Product, Engineering, Domain, Data, and Integration teams, ensuring workstreams are aligned, sequenced, and on track.Translate program strategy and priorities into clear delivery plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and ownership across technical and functional teams.Manage cross-functional coordination by facilitating planning sessions, standups, reviews, and dependency discussions that result in clear decisions, actions, and follow-through.Track program progress, delivery health, risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones, identifying gaps early and driving corrective actions to keep delivery on schedule.Establish and maintain structured issue, risk, and dependency management processes, ensuring items are documented, owned, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.Coordinate across teams to resolve blockers, misalignment, and delivery risks related to requirements, configuration, integrations, data dependencies, testing readiness, and operational readiness.Prepare clear program updates, status reports, and executive briefings that communicate progress, risks, dependency impacts, key decisions, and required leadership actions.Translate complex technical and delivery topics into clear, actionable updates for business stakeholders and program leadership.Support stakeholder meetings and governance forums by structuring discussions, documenting outcomes, and tracking follow-up actions to completion.Enable timely decision-making by surfacing tradeoffs, impacts, risks, and decision points early, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged.Reinforce accountability across workstreams by tracking ownership of deliverables, following up on commitments, and escalating issues when executive input is needed.QualificationsU.S. citizenship is required. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.10+ years of program or project management experience in technology, software delivery, enterprise system implementations, or platform-based solutions.Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs involving cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Business/Domain, Data, and Integration.Strong ability to manage dependencies, delivery sequencing, risks, issues, and escalations across tightly connected technical and functional workstreams.Experience driving execution across system configuration, integration, data dependencies, testing, and implementation activities.Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, delivery tracking, and coordination with engineering teams.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate complex delivery topics into clear, actionable updates.Highly organized, execution-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while reinforcing accountability across teams.Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements and competing stakeholder priorities.Preferred Experience10+ years of experience working with government clients or in regulated industries, with exposure to compliance-driven delivery environmentsBackground in lending, grants, or financial platforms, with familiarity with lifecycle processes such as underwriting, servicing, or financial reportingExperience supporting delivery of systems that integrate with financial systems, payment platforms, or identity/access systemsExperience working in high-growth or startup environments where delivery teams are scaling rapidly and processes are evolving in parallelWhy AllocoreWork on high-impact systems that support critical government programsBe part of a growing company where you can shape both product and engineering cultureCollaborative, mission-driven team with startup energyOpportunity to build and scale a platform from the ground upBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive health plans to choose from.
