The Role
We're hiring a versatile designer who's skilled, creative, and genuinely cares about the quality of what they put out. This role touches nearly every part of our business, from digital campaigns to physical packaging, so we need someone equally comfortable designing a social post and prepping a box or label for print.
What You'll Do
-Design email campaigns people actually want to open and click
-Create scroll-stopping social content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond
-Put together print materials like flyers, brochures, and banners
-Design labels, boxes, and packaging that feel true to each brand, ready for print (correct bleed, die lines, CMYK)
-Work closely with the team to turn ideas into finished visuals quickly
-Move between multiple projects and formats at once, often with different deadlines
What We're Looking For
-Strong spoken and written English (B2 or higher)
-A portfolio that shows range across both digital and print/packaging work
-Solid experience in Photoshop and Illustrator
-Working knowledge of print production basics (bleed, dielines, CMYK vs RGB, file prep for printers)
-A good sense of email design and what's working in social media right now
-An eye for detail and the flexibility to adapt to different brand styles
-Clear communication and comfort working remotely with a team
-A good attitude and a team first mindset
Nice to Have
-An understanding of user centered design
-Comfortable using Figma and Canva
-Experience with mobile-friendly design
-Experience working directly with printers or packaging vendors
