Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop complex ORMB components including Algorithms, Batches, Business Services and Scripting within the OUAF frameworkCreate technical designs by identifying the right components for functional and technical requirementsDesign and develop interfaces using the ORMB File Framework and Batch Multithreading FrameworkAnalyze batch configurations and recommend performance-tuning strategiesLead technical discussions with customer architecture teams on ORMB technical architecture and integration capabilitiesBuild reusable assets and accelerators for wider organizational useContribute to white papers, technical blogs and knowledge-sharing initiativesIdentify data migration requirements and assess technical feasibilityDesign data migration strategies and ORMB component architecturesLead SIT and UAT, including defect analysis and technical guidance to junior developersProvide code fixes for high-severity issuesIdentify reporting data requirements and design structures for efficient reporting💡 Ideal candidates should have strong hands-on ORMB/OUAF expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with technical architecture and customer teams.
