We have an exciting 100% Remote contract opportunity with one of our leading clients!Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and improve business processes supporting Medicare & Medicaid programs.Collaborate with business and technical teams during the migration to the TriZetto Facets platform.Develop process documentation, workflow diagrams, and identify process improvement opportunities.Facilitate cross-functional discussions across Utilization Management, Care Management, Claims, Enrollment, and Appeals & Grievances teams.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Improvement, or Management Consulting.4+ years as a Process Consultant within a Healthcare Insurance organization.Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, or similar).Strong stakeholder management and business transformation experience.Healthcare payer experience is highly preferred.
