This role will partner closely with leadership to support business growth, manage a diverse workforce, and ensure compliance across multiple regions.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment and brings a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities1. HR Business PartnershipPartner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goalsAdvise managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance managementSupport leadership in scaling global teams across US, EMEA, and APAC2. Global Employee RelationsManage employee relations issues with professionalism and discretionProvide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigationsEnsure consistent application of policies across regions3. Talent Management & DevelopmentOversee performance management processes, including goal setting and reviewsImplement employee engagement and retention initiativesSupport career development and succession planning4. Talent Acquisition SupportPartner with recruiting teams on hiring strategies for technical and consulting rolesEnsure a strong candidate experience aligned with the company brandSupport onboarding processes for global hires5. Compliance & Employment LawEnsure compliance with federal, state, and international labor laws (US, EMEA, APAC)Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbookPartner with legal and external advisors as needed6. Compensation & BenefitsSupport compensation planning, benchmarking, and annual review cyclesManage benefits programs across multiple regionsProvide guidance on pay equity and market competitiveness7. HR Operations & SystemsOversee ATS & HRIS Rippling and ensure data integrityStreamline HR processes for efficiency and scalabilityTrack and analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount)8. Global Mobility & Remote WorkforceSupport international assignments, visas, and remote workforce policiesEnsure compliance with cross-border employment regulationsPartner with finance on contractor vs. employee classificationsQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT services or consultingExperience supporting global or multi-region teams (EMEA/APAC preferred)Strong knowledge of US employment law; exposure to international HR practicesProven ability to influence and partner with senior leadershipPreferredHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environmentsFamiliarity with global payroll and compliance vendorsKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking with hands-on executionStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh level of integrity and confidentialityAbility to navigate ambiguity and scale processesCultural awareness and global mindsetWhat Success Looks LikeStrong partnership with business leadersImproved employee engagement and retentionScalable HR processes supporting global growthConsistent compliance across all regionsCompensationThe base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 annually.
