Role OverviewExperienced Business Analyst 9+ years to provide support across business analysis, stakeholder management, AI initiatives, and release/testing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements discovery, clarification, impact analysis, backlog grooming, and documentation.Support key initiatives including Billing Fee Redesign, Multi policy discount, and PolicyCenter/BillingCenter/Agent Portal.Coordinate across Business, Product, BA, QA, Development, Integration, Finance, Vendors, and Reporting teams.Support AI/Copilot initiatives, including prompt frameworks, reusable assets, use-case discovery, and agent adoption.Drive requirement reviews, BDDs, test scenario reviews, defect triage, UAT, demos, and release readiness.Maintain continuity of client context, stakeholder relationships, processes, templates, and project knowledge.Required ExperienceStrong Business Analysis and stakeholder management experience.Insurance domain experience; PolicyCenter/BillingCenter knowledge preferred.Experience in Agile delivery, UAT/testing, and release governance.Exposure to GenAI/Copilot/AI agents is highly desirable.Ability to quickly take ownership of an existing BA portfolio and operate independently.Notice Period: 15 Days / Immediate joiners preferred.Mode Of Interview: VirtualExperience: 9+ Years
