We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Ecommerce Consultant to join our team and lead enterprise-scale implementations across Dynamics 365 Commerce, Finance & Operations, CRM, and Shopify🔹 Key SkillsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (Ecommerce)Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer EngagementShopify / Shopify Plus IntegrationPower BI (Good to Have)🔹 Role OverviewAs a techno-functional consultant, you will drive solution design and implementation for omnichannel commerce, retail transformation, and customer engagement initiatives. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, lead discovery workshops, and deliver scalable solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.Design and implement end-to-end omnichannel commerce and retail solutions.Configure Dynamics 365 Commerce, including:Product Information Management (PIM)Pricing & PromotionsOrder ManagementCommerce Scale Unit (CSU)Integrate Shopify/Shopify Plus with Dynamics 365 platforms.Create solution blueprints, functional design documents, and process flows.Engage with stakeholders, manage governance, risks, and executive communications.🔹 Required Experience10–15 years of IT experience10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting experienceStrong expertise in D365 Commerce implementations and D365 Finance & OperationsExperience with D365 CRM (Sales & Customer Service)Strong knowledge of:Omnichannel RetaileCommerceOrder-to-Cash (O2C)Procure-to-Pay (P2P)Inventory & Warehouse ManagementHands-on experience integrating Shopify/Shopify PlusExcellent client-facing, consulting, and stakeholder management skills🔹 Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CertificationsRetail & Consumer Goods industry experienceGlobal/multi-country implementation experienceMicrosoft FastTrack experience
