They combine research, innovation, and capacity-building to promote peaceful, inclusive, and resilient societies.What you’ll do:Conduct research on digital harms + conflict dynamics and develop recommendations 📊Design human-centered digital solutions for conflict transformationSupport partners to integrate digital tools into peacebuilding workFacilitate workshops, consultations, and learning sessionsContribute to research publications, policy outputs, and evidence generationCoordinate programs, track workplans, budgets, and donor reportingWho should apply:Experience in digital peacebuilding, conflict transformation, governance, civic tech, or researchStrong project management + relationship-building skillsExperience working with diverse stakeholders and participatory approachesFluency in English.
