Remote, Part-Time ESL Instructor (TESOL Certified) Position Summary UpSkill Consultancy is currently in the initial setup phase of launching its ESL program and is seeking a qualified, TESOL-certified ESL Instructor to be associated with the program during this stage. This is not a traditional teaching position. There are no active teaching responsibilities, lesson planning, curriculum development, or fixed working hours at this time. The selected instructor will help support the program's initial certification and operational requirements while remaining available for future program growth. This opportunity is ideal for certified ESL professionals seeking flexible, supplemental income without interfering with their current employment or teaching commitments. Current Responsibilities Maintain an active professional association with UpSkill Consultancy's ESL program during its launch phase. Hold a valid TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent ESL teaching certification throughout employment. Provide documentation required for program compliance and certification purposes. Participate in occasional communication with management regarding program development, if needed. Be available for limited consultation or onboarding discussions as requested. Support future program expansion when online classes officially launch (subject to mutual agreement). Current Position Status At this stage of the program: No active teaching responsibilities. No lesson planning or curriculum development. No student assessments or grading. No fixed work schedule. No mandatory weekly teaching hours. Minimal time commitment. Fully remote and highly flexible. Qualifications Must hold a recognized TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent ESL teaching certification. Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous ESL teaching experience is an asset but not required. Strong command of spoken and written English. Excellent communication and professionalism. Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to participate in occasional virtual meetings if required.
