JOB BRIEFAs a Technical Account Manager at GreenSlate, you will serve as the primary point of contact and technical resource for your assigned VIP clients. You will support them through onboarding, training, setup, QA, and day-to-day needs with a sense of urgency and a commitment to exceptional service. You will work across HubSpot, dedicated Slack channels, and direct client meetings to resolve issues, document setups, coordinate with Product and Engineering on feature requests, and partner with Account Managers to ensure every client is set up for success from prep through wrap.
