This role is focused on reviewing and finalizing estate plans prepared by our internal team.We have a strong system in place with paralegal-driven drafting using Wealth Counsel. We are looking for an attorney who can step in, ensure quality, and handle final legal oversight.What You’ll DoReview estate planning documents (revocable living trusts) drafted by our paralegal teamSign off on completed plans after confirming accuracy and alignment with client goalsProvide custom language or revisions when client needs fall outside standard templatesCommunicate with our client services team on drafting-related questions or adjustmentsVolume30 to 75 trust reviews per monthCompensation$150 per trust reviewed (flat rate)average trust review time +/- 1 hourRequirementsActive New York law license3+ years experience with drafting / reviewing estate plansFamiliarity with Wealth Counsel is a plusDetail-oriented with the ability to review efficiently without sacrificing qualityComfortable working remotely and communicating with a distributed teamIf you’re looking for flexible, predictable work with a steady pipeline, this is a strong fit.
