We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess orders from customers accurately and efficientlyCommunicate with customers to confirm order details, resolve any issues, and provide updates on order statusMaintain accurate records of all orders, including tracking information and delivery datesCoordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of ordersMonitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restockingAssist with invoicing and billing processesProvide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiriesMaintain a clean and organized work areaOther administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisorQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a similar role preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and data entryAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if neededWhat we offerWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation time.
