You will join our Digital Caremark organization and lead the architecture, design, and delivery of next-generation digital solutions.This role spans AI-enabled applications, scalable digital platforms, and enterprise integrations that power critical healthcare and pharmacy experiences. This is a senior technical leadership role for a hands-on engineer who can operate across the full stack—from intuitive front-end applications to resilient backend services—while setting architectural direction, influencing engineering standards, and mentoring teams.What we would like to see in a candidate is:❤ MUST HAVE proven experience as a leader who is driving ownership and is self starter❤ MUST HAVE prior AI experience utilizing Model Context Protocol (MCP)! They are looking for someone who has built native AI tools, working with multi agent architecture, who has built AI agents, and who has built a solution from 0 to 1; ideally this candidate has worked on a conversational platform like chat or search❤ MUST HAVE 12+ years of experience software development engineer❤ MUST HAVE built microservices/APIs❤ MUST HAVE worked on public cloud either on GCP, AWS, or Azure; we are on GCPIdeally this candidate will sit in CST time zone, but open to remote candidates in MST or PST time zones
