www.impact-advisors.comWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Tech Lead Implementation Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion applications across Finance, HCM, SCM, or related modules. The Tech Lead will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations aligned with organizational goals.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, including planning, design, development, testing, and deploymentProvide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.)Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and middleware toolsCustomize and extend Oracle Fusion applications using BI Publisher, OTBI, BIP reports, and Fast FormulasOversee data migration and conversion activities using FBDI, HDL, and other Oracle toolsCollaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsEnsure best practices in coding, security, performance, and scalabilityMentor and guide junior developers and technical consultantsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live supportMaintain documentation for technical designs, integrations, and customizationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience7+ years of experience in Oracle applications, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion CloudProven experience as a Tech Lead on at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementationsHealthcare industry experience preferredStrong expertise in: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP) & OTBI reporting, REST/SOAP web services, Data migration tools (FBDI, HDL)Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and XML/JSON technologiesExperience with security setup, role-based access, and data security in Oracle FusionAt Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,767-$205,000.For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
