Answer inbound calls generated through our SMS/RVM campaigns. Follow a simple script to greet callers and build quick rapport. Ask basic qualifying questions about the caller’s debt situation. Identify if they meet program requirements (type of debt, amount owed, payment status, income source). Document information accurately in our system. Warm-transfer qualified callers to our U.S.-based specialist. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clear communication at all times. Attend brief training sessions and follow company processes. Meet weekly consistency expectations and call handling standards. * Fluent English (near-native level) — must be fully comfortable on phone calls. * Strong communication skills with a clear, neutral accent. * Experience in call centers, appointment setting, customer service, or sales is a strong plus. * Ability to follow scripts and adhere to structured workflows. * Confident and friendly phone presence. * Stable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace. * Ability to work U.S. hours (EST). * Reliable, punctual, and professional. * Coachable, fast learner, and comfortable using basic online tools (CRM, Google Sheets, VOIP apps).
