Responsibilities
Prepare, generate, and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner. Track incoming payments, apply them correctly to customer accounts, manage cash applications, and proactively follow up on overdue accounts with payment plans. Reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger, investigate discrepancies, and maintain detailed customer account records and aging reports. Handle customer inquiries on billing, payments, and statements. Prepare monthly AR reports, assist with month-end close, and support cash flow forecasting. Collaborate with finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
