Responsibilities

What You Will Do: - Respond to inbound Instagram DMs quickly and thoughtfully. - Start conversations with warm and cold leads. - Qualify leads based on fit (we do not take everyone). - Guide conversations toward booking a call with our closer. - Follow up with leads who have not booked yet. - Track conversations and bookings daily. You Might Be a Great Fit If You: - Can hold a real conversation (not robotic, not scripted). - Understand sales psychology (or are eager to learn fast). - Are proactive and take ownership—you do not wait to be told what to do. - Are organized and can manage multiple conversations at once. - Are comfortable talking about fitness, pain, and lifestyle. - Have strong written communication skills. - Are coachable and open to feedback. Bonus Points If You: - Have experience in fitness, coaching, or health. - Have done DM setting or sales before. - Understand the mindset of women dealing with chronic pain.
