We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.The RoleThis contractor role supports Seer’s Paid Media team through hands-on execution, analysis, and optimization across paid channels. You’ll work closely with full-time Paid Media Managers and Team Leads, contributing behind the scenes to campaign performance and testing initiatives. This is a non–client-facing role focused on implementation, learning, and delivery.Role HighlightsExecute paid media campaigns across one or more channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, etc.)Build, QA, and optimize campaigns based on documented strategy and performance goalsSupport keyword research, audience development, and ad copy testing rooted in dataPull and analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunitiesAssist with reporting and dashboards to support internal teamsLeverage automation and platform tools to improve efficiency and accuracyCollaborate closely with full-time Paid Media Managers, SEO, and Analytics teammatesEssential SkillsHands-on experience with at least one paid media platform (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)Comfort working in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and with large data setsStrong attention to detail and a love for clean executionCuriosity about paid media trends, automation, and AIAbility to follow established processes while flagging opportunities for improvementExperience in an agency environment is a plus, but not requiredCompensation & Benefits$40/hour - $60/hour.
