About UsZact is a Fintech innovator dedicated to a singular idea : Organizations need simpler expense and payment management systems that align the spending employee with finance and accounting while providing inherent guardrails and continuous reconciliation with financial systems.Zact enables all parts of the company to Pay by the Rules.Position SummaryLead and deliver complex software projects for financial technology products and services, ensuring successful implementation of digital payment systems, trading platforms, banking applications, and regulatory compliance solutions.LocationZact is a global company with multiple locations across US, Europe and India.We provide 100% Remote Working Option.Candidates applying for this role should be located in one of the European or Indian Time zones.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end software development lifecycle for fintech applications, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenanceCoordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and compliance specialistsDevelop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations while managing stakeholder expectationsEnsure adherence to financial regulations (PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, GDPR, KYC/AML) and security standardsFacilitate agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, risk registers, and status reportsBridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders including executives, product owners, and external partnersRequired Qualifications5+ years project management experience in software product developmentShould have extensive experience working in software product based companiesExperience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related fieldCore CompetenciesData security and privacy awarenessExcellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work under pressure with strict deadlines and regulatory constraints
