Responsibilities

Howdy! I run the largest outsourced preconstruction services company in the US. I have roughly 200 employees with the vast majority of them residing in The Philippines. I am looking to hire people in Venezuela to do remote telemarketing for me. Your ability to speak in English and your accent is key. I do service Hispanic subcontractors as well and you will be entirely responsible for those relationships. My services are easy to sell. We are high quality, affordable, and in high demand. I can personally find a client per day. I already have a strong sales process. The "last mile" is a person who actually calls and onboards the new clients. This will be your task. Any experience in construction is great. But fundamentally, you really just need a great accent, strong drive, and enjoy sales. The salary is based on performance.
