Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a high-level, execution-focused bookkeeper who can take ownership of client financials with accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients. - Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. - Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, including P&Ls and balance sheets. - Maintain and clean up client books in QuickBooks Online. - Ensure all transactions are properly categorized and accounts are up to date. - Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues. - Keep financials organized, consistent, and audit-ready. - Support internal team with accurate financial data for client deliverables. Requirements: - Strong, proven experience in bookkeeping (this is not an entry-level role). - Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required). - Deep understanding of reconciliations, financial statements, and account structure. - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Ability to manage multiple clients and meet monthly deadlines. - Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
