Be at the frontier of medical technology, providing services to varied populations around Australia without leaving the comfort of your own home!XRHealth is seeking a highly motivated registered Occupational Therapist to join our expanding allied health team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience and an interest in digital health, virtual reality therapy, private practice and a passion for ongoing professional development.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Performing initial assessment sessions according to standards of practice and assess whether the patient is appropriate for the programDeliver evidence-based therapy interventions both individually and group focusedDocumenting patient progress according to standardsWrite and send comprehensive assessment, progress, and treatment summary reports to referring bodies or stakeholders as requiredRequirements of the role:Tertiary qualification as an Occupational TherapistInterest and experience in paediatric Occupational TherapyRegistration with AHPRA An appropriate home office setup, including a high-speed internet connection and a computer/laptop/tablet for use in TelehealthExcellent communication skillsAn interest in the role of emerging technology in Occupational Therapy practice
