We are seeking a talented and motivated Fullstack Engineer Senior to join our product development team. If you are passionate about building robust and scalable solutions from end-to-end and possess solid experience working with the JavaScript ecosystem (React and Node.js), we want to hear from you.
You will work in an agile and collaborative environment, directly contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of our key platforms.
Language Requirement (Mandatory):
Bilingualism (English/Spanish) with proven level B2+ or higher. Fluency in English is essential for daily communication with international teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, covering both frontend and backend.
* Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
* Participate actively in software architecture decisions, ensuring code stability, performance, and maintainability.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
* Identify bottlenecks and bugs, proposing solutions to improve application performance and user experience.
* Contribute to the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production monitoring.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Fullstack development.
* Advanced proficiency in React.js (including Hooks, Context API, or Redux/Zustand) and deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
* Solid experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js, Koa, or NestJS.
* Hands-on experience with both relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB) databases.
* Ability to design and build well-structured RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
* Experience with Git/GitHub, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and project management tools.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of TypeScript.
* Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Familiarity with containers (Docker and Kubernetes).
* Prior experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
* Knowledge of software design patterns and SOLID principles.
