Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design across all customer-facing experiences, from first interaction to long-term engagement
- Define and evolve the design system, visual language, and component library
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship high-impact features
- Rapidly prototype ideas using Figma, AI tools, or other appropriate methods
- Influence product direction and shape what is built, not just how it looks
- Translate complex research workflows into intuitive and delightful user experiences
- Bring the brand to life across marketing moments, including launches, visuals, merchandise, and social content
- Balance high design standards with fast iteration and momentum
- Champion customer insight in product decisions
- Build scalable design systems, principles, and processes to support growth
Requirements / Who You Are
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in startups or high-velocity teams
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail, including typography
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma and experience maintaining design systems
- Strong product sense and ability to reason about tradeoffs and impact
- Interest in experimenting with AI-driven design tools and fast prototyping
- Comfort collaborating closely with founders, engineers, and customers
- Clear communication of design decisions and rationale
- Bias toward action and shipping real products
