This is a high-impact position where you’ll tackle dialogue stability, edge-case handling, and advanced logic. No "hello world" prompts here, only complex business flows and deep integrations. What’s on your plate: - Design & Optimize: Crafting sophisticated system prompts (ASR/TTS/LLM) that feel natural and effective. - Dialogue Mastery: Building logic for interruptions, recovery, and complex flows (payments, support, collections). - Tech Bridge: Using Tool-calling and APIs to connect LLMs with internal systems. - Deep Dive: Analyzing logs to squeeze every bit of performance out of our agents. Who you are: - A Pro: 5+ years in engineering with a heavy focus on Prompt Engineering for Enterprise. - Global Mindset: Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+) is a must — you’ll be prompt engineering for a multi-language world. - Night Owl (by choice): You're comfortable with the 17:00 – 02:00 (Almaty time) shift to stay synced with our international markets.
