Role: Commission-Based Business Development Partner at FREQ Studio. Responsibilities: - Identify and approach businesses that could benefit from our services. - Generate leads through cold email, LinkedIn, networking, calls, and other outbound channels. - Pitch FREQ’s website development, digital product, and automation services. - Qualify prospects, arrange discovery calls, and follow up consistently. - Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline and help close deals. - Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. - Comfortable with outbound sales and approaching potential clients. - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. - Interested in web development, digital services, SaaS, or technology. - Previous experience in B2B sales, agency business development, or lead generation is beneficial. - Able to work independently and manage a sales pipeline. Compensation and Performance: - 10% commission for qualified referrals that convert into paying clients. - 15% commission for independently sourced deals where you actively manage outreach, qualification, and sales follow-ups. - 20% commission for successfully sourcing and closing deals end-to-end. - Additional performance bonuses for high-value projects and exceptional results. - Commissions are calculated on eligible project fees actually collected by FREQ, excluding GST and agreed-upon pass-through expenses. - There is no fixed salary, and earnings are uncapped based on client acquisition.
