We have the stories: 50+ clients, real results, and a founder who knows the material cold. You will be a cohost, creator, and production lead alongside him - not a faceless editor or producer. We need someone to build the audience that hears them. What you'll own - The channels. YouTube, live, and a newsletter. This is audience growth, not SEO or blogging. - The audience. Subscribers and viewers who run growing companies, more of them every month. - Production. Ideas, hooks, scripts, thumbnails, editing, and publishing, every week. - Pipeline from content. Qualified meetings that trace back to what you make. What success looks like - 30 days: your first video and newsletter issue shipped - 90 days: publishing every week, on schedule - 180 days: 5+ qualified meetings a month from content How we work: our 12 Operating Excellence Principles 1.
