We need a confident closer who can turn tough conversations into signed deeds/contracts. This isn't appointment-setting. You'll talk directly with motivated sellers and families in tough situations, handle objections, negotiate offers, and purchase properties. What You'll Do Make 60–100 outbound calls/day to U.S. property owners & heirs Build rapport, uncover motivation, and negotiate offers in English Read basic deeds, tax records & probate filings • Keep the CRM clean and follow up until deals close they either or die Who We're Looking For Based in Mexico or Colombia, fluent in Spanish Strong spoken English — confident on live calls with U.S. homeowners Real estate, wholesaling, OSINT, surplus funds or inside sales experience Calm under pressure, sharp with objections, comfortable with emotional conversations Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding, but follows process
