THE ROLEYou’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day. It’s a high-volume environment. Documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks are part of the job — and the NPs who thrive here don’t fight that reality, they’re built for it. If you’re the kind of clinician who runs efficient visits without sacrificing warmth, closes every loop without being reminded, and moves comfortably between patients and platforms, you’ll feel at home here.WHO THRIVES HEREOur most successful NPs tend to share a few things in common:They are genuinely passionate about women’s midlife health — this isn’t a stopover, it’s their callingThey are fluent with technology — EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, clinical decision support — and they adapt quickly when tools changeThey hold themselves to a high standard without needing to be managed toward itThey can carry a full panel, hit productivity targets, and still make every patient feel like the only oneThey’ve practiced independently long enough to trust their own clinical judgmentThey believe that listening deeply and documenting accurately are both forms of excellent careMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust live within the state of Georgia as a condition of employment Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonistsMultiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity MedicineWHY MIDIA patient population that is engaged, informed, and deeply grateful for real careFull clinical autonomy within a supportive, protocol-driven frameworkFully remote with scheduling between 7am–7pm patient local timeDesirable benefits packageAccredited training eligible for Continuing Education (CE)Clinician Professional Development AllowancePaid time offA team that takes women’s health as seriously as you doWORKING ENVIRONMENT This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
