Outbound SDR / B2B Appointment Setter - US Market WebDone is a UK-based website and digital marketing company looking for an experienced remote B2B appointment setter based in Colombia to help build our US sales pipeline. This is a part-time role, initially 20 hours per week, approximately 4 hours per day Monday-Friday during US business hours. Responsibilities: - Make high-volume outbound calls to US small-business owners - Speak directly with owners and decision-makers - Follow our calling framework while sounding natural and conversational - Qualify prospects and handle common objections - Book qualified appointments into our sales calendar - Record accurate notes and call outcomes in our CRM - Follow Do Not Call and compliance procedures We provide prospect lists, CRM, dialler, script, training and offer. Requirements: - Previous B2B cold-calling experience - Previous experience calling US businesses strongly preferred - Excellent spoken English - Confident, natural telephone manner - Appointment-setting experience - Experience using CRMs and sales diallers - Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling - Reliable internet, professional headset and quiet working environment - Available consistently during US business hours Experience calling trades, contractors, home-service businesses or other US small businesses is particularly valuable. Compensation: $6 USD/hour plus performance bonuses for qualified appointments that attend and customers generated from your appointments. Hours: 20 hours per week initially, with potential to increase to full-time if the campaign performs well. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short interview, live cold-call role-play and paid trial.
