For an ambitious professional looking to make a measurable impact on international event growth, this role represents an exceptional opportunity.What the Candidate Will DoRevenue & Growth Generation: Take responsibility for driving high-quality leads, securing event attendees, and attracting new exhibitors and sponsors.Relationship Management: Build strong partner relationships, deeply understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions that contribute to revenue growth and long-term brand loyalty.Commercial Outreach: Arrange and attend external meetings specifically focused on driving sales and revenue.Market Intelligence: Analyze operational data, identify new market opportunities, conduct ongoing competitor analysis, and suggest innovative strategies.Event Innovation: Proactively seek out pioneering concepts and emerging trends within the global conference space.Operational Support: Arrange and attend external meetings to support the end-to-end operations of all scheduled events.Creative & Content Input: Actively participate in the creative process and content creation framework for all aspects of the events.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Design and Development departments to deliver top-tier assets, and work across all internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.International Travel: Travel and attend international conferences from time to time for business development and networking purposes as required.What Our Client Is Looking ForEducation: A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant commercial or event-focused role.Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal command of both Russian and English.
