### **About the Role**
Tasneem Knitting Industry is seeking an experienced, proactive, and technically skilled **IT Manager** to oversee, maintain, and upgrade our corporate and industrial IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for network administration, surveillance and security systems, hardware/software maintenance, digital assets, and supporting daily manufacturing and administrative operations.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Network & Systems Administration:** Design, configure, and manage corporate local area networks (LAN/WLAN), routers, firewalls, and switches to ensure uninterrupted factory and office connectivity.
* **Security & Surveillance Management:** Oversee IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and remote monitoring platforms (e.g., DMSS/mobile surveillance integration) across factory premises and head office.
* **Hardware & Software Support:** Maintain workstations, servers, printers, barcode scanners, and peripheral equipment; troubleshoot OS, software, and hardware failures promptly.
* **Data Security & Backup:** Implement and monitor routine data backup protocols, disaster recovery procedures, and endpoint security measures to protect company records.
* **Digital Utilities & Web Operations:** Assist with basic website maintenance, domain/hosting configurations, corporate email management, and digital communication tools.
* **Vendor & Asset Management:** Supervise IT equipment procurement, maintain asset inventory, manage service warranties, and coordinate with external internet service providers (ISPs) and vendors.

### **Requirements & Qualifications**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* **Experience:** 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT systems administration, preferably within the manufacturing, textile, or garments sector.
* **Technical Skills:**
* Strong expertise in router/switch configuration, bandwidth management, and troubleshooting network latency.
* Practical experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting remote CCTV/surveillance systems and biometric access control.
* Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, database management, and cloud backup utilities.
* Familiarity with ERP software and industrial inventory systems is an added advantage.
* **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical problem-solving skills, leadership capability, and the ability to handle technical crises with minimal downtime.
