Hiring: Commission-Based Cold Caller (Remote) I run PROCESS IO we build AI automation and workflow systems for businesses drowning in repetitive manual work. I'm looking for one experienced cold caller to own the top of the funnel. Simple split: you book the meeting, I close the deal, you take 30%. What you get: • 30% commission on every closed deal • Leads provided by me. No scraping, no list building, no research hours • Script, ICP and objection handling supplied and refined with you • Remote. Your hours, your setup • Direct line to me, not a manager feedback loop is same day What I need from you: • 50–100 dials per day, US and international • Your own dialer • Clean, confident spoken English on Western calls • A history of consistently booking confirmed meetings, not just dialing • Consistency. Two good days and a week of silence doesn't work here Being straight about the model: this is pure commission. No base, no retainer, no payment for activity. You're paid 30% once the client pays me. If you need guaranteed income this month, this isn't your role and I'd rather say so now than waste a week of your time.
