We’re looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer to join a fast-growing health & wellness brand and create high-performing creative across paid social and digital channels.This is a great opportunity for a designer who can combine strong visual storytelling + performance marketing + data-driven creative iteration.What We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience in graphic, motion, multimedia, or performance creativeProven experience creating and shipping creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube & GoogleStrong portfolio featuring static, motion & short-form videoExperience working within a performance marketing/testing loop and using data to improve creativeAbility to translate complex health, wellness, or technical information into clear and engaging visual storiesAdvanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator & FigmaExperience developing creative variations and scalable systems for growth marketingComfortable working in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment⭐ Bonus Points:Experience with consumer psychology & conversion optimizationStrong understanding of creative testing methodologiesExperience in wellness, women’s health, supplements, or other information-heavy categoriesPassion for creating work that balances brand excellence with measurable performanceIf you're a multidisciplinary designer who loves turning insights + creativity + data into work that performs, I'd love to connect!Interested?
