Requirements and responsibilities


Abogados bilingües con experiencia en reclamaciones y responsabilidad civil (fase pre-judicial) para trabajar en casos de lesiones personales con un bufete de abogados en EE.UU. Responsibilities: * Draft and organize demand letters, medical summaries, case intake notes, and other legal documents in English and Spanish. * Manage communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters in both languages. * Assist attorneys with case management tasks, including updating case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing documents. * Translate and proofread legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and clarity. * Support with legal research and preparation of case materials relevant to personal injury claims. * Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive client information. * Must be HIPAA-certified or willing to complete certification immediately upon hire (training can be provided). Requirements: * Licensed attorney in a Latin American country (will be performing paralegal-level work). * Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. * Familiarity with U.S. personal injury law and procedures is a strong advantage; willingness to learn required if not experienced. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable home office setup for remote work. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively.
