Requirements and responsibilities


As the quality analyst, you'll participate in building our client's websites. The websites should creatively incorporate the client's vision and must be a robust representation of what they are trying to accomplish. - As such, you must have an incredible eye for design and phenomenal attention to detail. ◽ Minimum qualifications: - Experience with WordPress/Wix or similar (preferred). - Creative and passionate perspective on UI design. - Entry knowledge about JavaScript & JSON is a plus. - Flexible to jump between projects with tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results. - Entrepreneurial-minded and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment. - We're looking for someone who pays attention to detail. - Curious about all things tech. ◽ Requirements: - Experience with CSS injections. - HTML & CSS - (able to identify bugs caused by CSS injections and knowledgeable on CSS best practices). - UX/UI design previous experience and/or studies. - Maintaining an amazingly high bar for website quality and design; you love the details and won't compromise. - English - high conversational: You should be able to understand and produce long and complex texts and speeches with detailed descriptions. ◽ Responsibilities: - Evaluate each web builder's task while ensuring all clients' needs are fulfilled and the overall website aesthetics and functionality are within our guidelines. - Do a thorough quality assurance (first round) on all submitted tickets. - Assign revisions pointing out improvement areas and follow up on their implementation. - Collaborate in updating the team's SOPs and guidelines. - Identifying problems and proposing solutions. - Help team lead in providing learning opportunities to the team. - Provide updates to the team and manager. - This role could be asked to conduct performance assessments of members. - Be the team leader's backup when they are on leave. ◽ Cultural fit: - Draw people in with your excitement and can-do attitude. - Relentlessly clear obstacles for clients and team members. - Have an interest in the luxury real estate industry (a passion is a plus). - Are positive and have a sense of humor. - Are hyper-organized and project-oriented. ◽ Selection process: Luxury Presence is using Agile recruitment for this process. (30 min). - Step 4: Homework assignment to test your skills. (2 hr). - Step 5: Area interview with your future team members. (30 min). - Step 6: Job offer. (30 min).
