Requirements and responsibilities


Vitabase is an ecommerce company that sells premium health supplements through health professionals. We are almost 25 years old and located in Atlanta, GA (with warehouses in Georgia and Utah). We are looking for an inside salesperson who will likely be based in the US, although we may consider hiring a candidate from other countries who speaks native English. This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours/week). About the job: * We are currently developing offerings for health care professionals (such as personal trainers, massage therapists, and chiropractors). We are currently still in development, and this role will involve refining those offerings to make them more attractive. * This position will be the first inside sales role at Vitabase. You will be on the front lines, experimenting and developing a sales process. * We offer competitive pay and benefits (health and dental insurance, 401K match, and PTO). * Because of the nature of this job, we are open to performance-based bonuses, profit sharing, and even equity. * There is a clear path for advancement in the company as we build our sales team. * Because what we are building is innovative, we will share more about what we are building in private interviews. The ideal candidate: * Will have a track record of success in sales. * Will be comfortable in a situation where we are developing the offering and sales process in real time. * Will be motivated by performance-based pay (though we offer a fixed salary as well).
