Position overview:
We're looking for a creative and technically sharp AI Automation Specialist to help prototype, build, and deploy smart, automation-first tools that eliminate friction and unlock efficiency across internal and client workflows. This is a project-based role with potential for ongoing collaboration and growth.
Key responsibilities:
* Build GPT-based tools (e.g., content assistants, script generators, QA bots).
* Develop no-code automations using Zapier, Make, Airtable, or n8n.
* Integrate with tools like Notion, ClickUp, and Slack to improve internal efficiency.
* Create browser automations or lightweight custom tools (e.g., using Puppeteer or Replit).
* Work with APIs, webhooks, and light scripting (Python or JavaScript).
* Document builds and explains functionality to non-technical teams.
* Deliver 1-2 impactful prototypes or workflow solutions per project cycle.
* Proactively suggest opportunities to embed automation or AI in company operations.
Qualifications:
* Experience delivering real-world automations or AI-driven tools.
* Proficiency with no-code platforms like Zapier, Make, and GPT builders.
* Ability to integrate APIs and write basic scripts (Python or JavaScript).
* Clear communicator who can explain work to non-technical stakeholders.
* Self-managed, organized, and deadline-oriented.
Nice-to-haves:
* Background working with creative agencies or martech teams.
* Experience in freelance consulting or client-facing automation projects.
* Familiarity with creative workflows, pipelines, and versioning tools.
* Exposure to LLM infra like LangChain, Pinecone, or vector databases.
