Key Responsibilities: - 360 or 180 recruitment – Business development, sourcing, and managing client relationships. - Building and managing a talent pipeline – Identifying and engaging top candidates through multiple sourcing channels. - End-to-end recruitment process – From client briefing to candidate placement. - Developing strong client relationships – Acting as a trusted advisor to businesses looking to hire. - Negotiation and closing – Managing salary discussions and offer stages to secure successful hires. - Achieving and exceeding KPIs – Driving performance in a high-energy recruitment environment. Requirements: - Experience in recruitment (180 or 360) – Any sector (IT, Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, etc.). - Proven ability to source and place candidates in competitive markets. - Excellent communication & relationship-building skills – Ability to engage both clients and candidates effectively. - Sales-driven mindset – Comfortable with business development, winning new clients, and meeting revenue targets. - Adaptability & resilience – Recruitment is fast-paced; we need people who thrive under pressure. - Self-motivated & goal-oriented – Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
