In addition, the role will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of professional services engagements to drive customer value and adoption of our solutions.Reporting to the Customer Value Office Director, our chosen candidate will have strong accountability, exceptional project management expertise, a background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software implementations, and direct experience working with large enterprise accounts, and a customer-focused mindset. This is a high-visibility role that directly impacts customer satisfaction, retention, and regional business growth.What You’ll DoCustomer Onboarding & DeploymentsLead end-to-end project management of customer onboarding, deployments, and solution implementationsAct as the main point of contact for new customers during the new customer onboarding phaseDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveryCoordinate with internal technical teams and sales to deliver a smooth onboarding experienceOwn customer relationship during onboardingProfessional Services Delivery ManagementManage the scoping, planning, and execution of professional services engagementsEnsure service delivery meets contractual obligations, quality standards, and customer expectationsAllocate resources effectively across multiple projects and prioritize regional workloadsTrack project financials, utilization, and profitability of professional servicesEnsure our engagement drives measurable business outcomes for the customerStakeholder & Risk ManagementServe as the trusted advisor to customers during critical phases of deploymentIdentify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues when neededProvide regular status reporting to customers and internal leadershipContinuous ImprovementStandardize project delivery methodologies and best practices for the regionCollect feedback from customers and internal teams to refine processes and improve efficiencyContribute to knowledge sharing and development of playbooks/templates for future projectsWhat Success Looks likeContribution to regional growth through successful customer adoption and expansionHigh customer satisfaction through NPS, CSAT and customer feedbacksStrong relationship with customer decision-makersOn-time and on-budget deployment of customer projectsEfficient resource utilization and profitability of professional services projectsWhat You Have5+ years of experience in project management, within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise softwareStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master certifications a plus)Experience managing customer-facing implementations and professional services deliveryExcellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentPersistence, proactivity, energy, resilience, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving successWorking at PicusFascinating work - a chance to shape and lead an exciting, fast-growing cyber security segment.
