Position OverviewThe Principal Data & AI Integration Architect serves as the technical leader responsible for integrating Agiloft’s AI ecosystem with its internal corporate systems. This senior individual contributor owns the end-to-end architecture, design standards, building, and implementation of integrations across ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, and collaboration platforms – ensuring a seamless, scalable, and secure enterprise technology environment. This role will reside on Agiloft’s Tech Stack team.As both a strategist and builder, the Principal Architect will serve as the bridge between IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and Agiloft’s growing AI ecosystem; owning integration standard and architecture across the corporate technology stack. They develop APIs, middleware, and data pipelines that enable data flow between systems and emerging AI capabilities, driving operational efficiency and intelligence across the enterprise. Partnering closely with IT, Data Governance, and AI leadership, this role ensures enterprise architecture evolves in step with the company’s AI strategy.The right candidate will have deep expertise in integrations architecture, API development, and data management, with the ability to design and implement seamless connections between GPT systems, AI agents, and core business applications. This position supports the GPT & AI Systems Lead and AI Agent Architect in realizing enterprise-wide AI value by ensuring robust, scalable, and secure integrations across the entire tech stack.
