Quality Assurance Engineer - hybrid remote at Inflect

This role is all about expanding testing capabilities and leaning into automation. The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a key part in improving development velocity and taking the product to the next level. The role involves testing on a daily basis, writing test cases and scenarios, creating and maintaining documentation, performing regression testing, and writing automation scripts for integration and end-to-end scenarios. The ideal candidate is driven by curiosity, loves problem-solving, and has a strong aversion to repetitive tasks, which drives them to automate wherever possible. Minimum requirements include 5+ years of experience in a QA role, 1+ years of experience in automation testing, and familiarity with JIRA/Confluence for day-to-day workflow management. Responsibilities: - Testing on a daily basis outcomes from development to find bugs in implementation and/or confirming expected behavior - Writing test cases and test scenarios - Creating and maintaining documentation - Performing regression testing - Writing automation scripts for integration scenarios - Writing automation scripts for end-to-end scenarios
