The REM will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and management of education in the field, communicating the OLAPLEX education message to distribution partners, stylists, and beauty salons. The role involves developing and implementing rewarding training programs, supporting the sales organization with education strategies, and managing local Advocate Stylists and freelance educators. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the haircare industry, strong technical skills in care and chemical salon services, and excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position based in New York with a competitive compensation package and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
