Requirements and responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Assist patients in selecting frames that suit their face shape, prescription, and personal style. Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and other features to enhance their vision and comfort. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest eyewear trends, brands, and technologies. Understand and explain insurance coverage related to frames and lenses. Provide accurate information about product warranties, care, and maintenance. Sales and Recommendations: Suggest appropriate products and upgrades to meet the patient’s needs. Meet or exceed sales goals through effective communication and a focus on patient satisfaction. Operational Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the optical display area. Process orders, adjustments, and repairs accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory management, including restocking frames and conducting inventory counts. Team Collaboration: Work closely with opticians, doctors, and other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience. Support clinic initiatives and promotions related to eyewear.
