Shopify Website Expert – Content, Branding & Technical UX (Remote) at Finnish Sauna Builders

What you’ll do 🔧 Website updates & optimization: • Manage and update content across our Shopify storefronts (Finnish Sauna Builders & Steam Sauna Supply). • Improve product organization, descriptions, and metadata for clarity, SEO, and user experience. • Ensure consistent branding across both internal lines (e.g., Kasin) and external partner brands (e.g., Harvia, EOS). • Audit navigation and site structure to reduce customer friction and increase self-service. ✍️ Content rewriting & brand alignment: • Rewrite and restructure technical content to reflect our voice—professional, direct, and helpful. • Translate technical specifications (electrical, ventilation, installation) into easy-to-follow web copy that reduces support inquiries. • Build out FAQ pages, installation guides, and spec sheet libraries for customer self-service. 🧠 Technical UX & self-service strategy: • Work with operations and support teams to identify repeat call topics and convert those into web-based solutions. • Develop new content blocks, support documentation, and visual aids that explain complex concepts clearly. • Help transform our website into a self-service project planning portal where customers get the right answers before calling in. ⚙️ Platform & tool Integration: • Manage Shopify theme updates, app integrations, and light code edits (HTML/CSS/Liquid). • Assist with tools for filtering, quoting, bundling, and downloadable documents.
