Responsibilities

We're a growing retention marketing agency. Our clients are eCommerce DTC brands. We're looking to hire a full-time Graphic designer with 3-5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, agency (or agency-like) environment. We're looking for someone who can work in Pacific Standard Time, Central Standard Time, or Eastern Standard Time. Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualize & design eye-catching email layouts that lead to higher engagement and click-through rates. 2. Research the latest design trends and conversion rate optimization strategies and apply them where necessary. 3. Slice images according to guidelines and implement them in the email editor (we will provide training if needed). 4. Build module libraries to be reused and shared between the design team. 5. Share the designs for feedback and approval with the internal team and clients. Requirements: 1. Attention to detail. 2. Ability to follow SOPs and brand guides. 3. Experience with animating GIFs, image manipulation, landing pages, and email designs (all of these are preferred but not necessary). 4. C1 English level. 5. Professionalism and the ability to communicate well. 6. Takes ownership of their work and finds solutions. 7. Team player and can communicate with different members. If you think your design style is mature and modern and can work with various types of brands, then this might be a good fit for you. No agencies or freelancers. We're looking for someone full-time. No Canva designers. We can spot templates a mile away. Recruiting process: Mastrat is using Agile Recruitment for this process. You can find the steps you will take below: Step 1: You will answer three quick screening questions. (5 mins). Step 2: You will do a Torre Testing & Certification session to validate your skills (60mins). (We will send you the link to this session to the email that you have registered to your Torre account as soon as the recruiter confirms that you fulfill the requirements for this job opening. This usually happens in less than 24 hours). Step 3: Tabish Bhimani, CEO of Mastrat, will interview you. He will evaluate the cultural fit and qualities assessment. (60 mins). Step 4: Job offer (30 mins).
